About Us

The Central Texas Islamic Center (CTIC) is a growing community of Muslims from across the African diaspora—including African immigrants and African American families—united in the devotion to worship and  commitment to building a vibrant  future. Guided by Sheikh Ahmad Tijany Momoh, a respected Shari’a scholar from Jagbe, Nigeria, CTIC is working toward establishing Masjid Bilal as a welcoming center for prayer, learning, and community connection. With nonprofit status in progress and a search for land underway in the Hutto area, CTIC invites your support and du‘a as they build a sacred space for generations to come, in service of the Qur’an and Sunnah.
